To confirm and reserve your special date in our calendar, we ask for a simple 25% deposit based on your selected package. This initial step is our way of dedicating our services exclusively to you on your big day. It's not just about securing a date, it's about ensuring our complete focus and commitment to making your event unforgettable.

We fully understand the excitement and anticipation surrounding your big day, and that's why we take great pride in offering a remarkably swift turnaround for your full online photo gallery. Expect to relive the magic through our lenses within just 6-13 weeks of your wedding day.

For those who have opted for our videography services, we ensure a similarly prompt delivery. You can look forward to receiving your teaser film within 4 weeks, and the full highlight film will be ready to captivate you between 8-16 weeks post wedding.

Our commitment to this prompt delivery comes from a finely-tuned editing workflow that we have perfected over time. Rest assured, this swift service is provided without ever compromising on the quality and beauty of your precious memories.

We are open to discussing collaborative opportunities on an individual basis, particularly if the other vendor's professionalism and creative approach are in harmony with our own standards and style. Once you have submitted your request and have accepted your quote, we will issue an invoice for the deposit. This can be paid using online payment systems through PayPal, Credit Card, ZipPay and AfterPay. The remaining balance due is to be paid 7 days before your special day.

To get the most depth of storytelling the focus needs to be on one or the other or that intimate moment of kissing after your i do's can be missed. Dad handing you over, the rings being shared are moments you want to truly capture. We highly recommend in investing in 2 creators with one focusing on film and the other on photos to truly capture your day.

We would love to confirm your wedding day and only require a small 15% deposit of your package to secure your date.

Yes, we understand things happen and unfortunate circumstances may arise, so please reach out as soon as you are aware.
Our policy is you must let us know with a minimum notice of 60 days before your booking. If within the accepted notice period, then your deposit will be refunded to you. If your cancellation is within 60 days of your booking, your deposit becomes nonrefundable.

It's a rare find to come across a couple that can do both, that's the truth though! The benefit of having both of us talented in the two is we can create a story that is even more unique individually and collectively. We feed off each other in advice, feedback and style. Capturing moments through two different aspects and lights, both blend incredibly well!

We are based in the Northern Rivers, NSW. Travel is an option. Depending on what you require and the duration, we can organise and are willing to travel anywhere.

For straightforward galleries, you can expect to receive your images within 72 hours.
With additional films for short sessions expect this to extend within a week.
For longer sessions and more involved content for Business/Adventure films then within 2 weeks is the timeframe.
If expecting Birth/Wedding films then the turnaround is usually within 4 weeks depending on the workload at the time of editing.

All sessions and quotes provide a minimum quantity amount of pictures. Although we are snap-happy people we usually take way more than we anticipate. Time is a big factor, our first priority is to provide the amount quoted, although if we do manage to get way more, then we add all edited images to your gallery at no extra cost. I can't ensure this will happen on all occasions so if you do require a set amount more than quoted then please add more for a small fee.

Our journey didn't start with Captured, and it certainly doesn't end here either. We have founded and built from the ground up three other businesses. That may sound crazy right? But each one holds a lot of significance in our lives and stems from the lack of anything similar to our standards in life and on the market. Im sure that won't be the end of our business ventures, but it's a start in the right direction for our journey.
